1. Product Description

PE stretch film (also known as wrap film) has high tensile strength, tear resistance, and good self-adhesive properties, allowing it to wrap objects tightly and prevent them from falling apart during transport. PE stretch film also offers excellent transparency, creating an aesthetically pleasing wrapping effect while protecting them from water, dust, and damage.

3. Product Characteristics

PE stretch film is made from linear polyethylene, metallocene polyethylene, and a tackifying masterbatch. It is extruded through two or more extruders, shaped through a T-die and chill rollers, stretched, and wound. It features high stretch ratios, puncture resistance, high resilience, and excellent transparency. The film is stretched and wrapped around the packaged item, leveraging its exceptional resilience to secure and protect the item.

• Adhesion options include single-sided and double-sided adhesive. The product line includes two main series: hand-made and machine-made stretch film.

7. Product Usage Instructions

1. Before use, please clean the surface of the object to be pasted to remove oil, moisture, dust, and other impurities.
2. Since pressure-sensitive adhesives are used, a roller or stamping equipment must be used for full pressing during lamination.

4. When processing conditions are strict, repeated tests should be conducted, and the product can be used only after full verification.
5. The optimal storage conditions for the product are 23 ± 5℃ and 50 ± 10% RH (Relative Humidity), with a shelf life of 6 months.
6. Storage under conditions such as direct sunlight, high temperature (above 35℃), high humidity (above 70% RH), and low temperature will not be covered by the 6-month shelf life guarantee.
7. If the surface of the object is damp, or if the product is used in a dusty, acidic, or alkaline environment, or when laminated with special materials, repeated verification is required before it can be put into use.
